InterContinental Hotel Huzhou Anji Project Signed

On September 8th, the international hotel brand "Intercontinental", represented by Intercontinental Hotels Group Liuzhou Hotel Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Jinyin Island Tourism Development Co., Ltd., officially settled in Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province.

The Anji Intercontinental Hotel project has a construction area of approximately 80000 square meters and more than 320 guest rooms. It is a sub project of the "Thousand Trillion Project" in Zhejiang Province - Jinyin Island International Tourism Resort. Intercontinental Hotel is the 6th international brand hotel introduced by Anji, currently operating 5 international brand hotels including JW Marriott Hotel, Banyan Tree Hotel, Club Med Joyview Anji Resort, Indigo Hotel, and Wyndham Hotel.

It is reported that there are currently 85 cultural and tourism projects under construction in Anji County, including 11 projects worth over 1 billion yuan. In 2017, the Jinyin Island International Tourism Resort project signed a contract with Anji and began construction. The total investment of this project is more than 3 billion yuan, combined with Anji to create a county tourism brand of "green water and green mountains living in Anji". With the planning concept of "the intertwined charm of Eastern and Western time and space", it aims to create parent-child entertainment, super five-star hotels, cultural and creative business districts, and health and elderly care industries. After the project is put into operation, it will become a composite cultural and tourism destination that integrates entertainment, leisure, wellness, accommodation, catering, and shopping, and an excellent business card and landmark check-in place for the Anji tourism industry to showcase to the public.
